Our stables are located in the Normandy countryside, 23 km from the sea and Deauville, in a quiet, wooded setting.
Designed with the comfort of both horses and riders in mind, our stables offer a functional and modern working environment as well as open spaces for each horse.
Nestled in a pristine setting, the Vaches Noires breeding farm is, above all, a place where horse welfare is the top priority.
Expansive pastures, well-designed facilities, and daily care allow the horses to thrive in a calm, natural environment that respects their needs.
We handle the initial breaking-in of young sport horses and introduce them to jumping. Our training progression is designed to develop movement, balance, and a willing attitude toward fences, while safeguarding the horse's mental well-being. Each stage of training aims to instill boldness, straightness, and respect—essential foundations for a showjumper's future career.
We aim to reveal and refine each horse's natural qualities: jumping ability, trajectory, style, carefulness over the fences, and responsiveness on the approach. Daily training is complemented by competition outings ridden by Tony Hanquinquant, allowing us to test the horse in real-world conditions, confirm its consistency, and build its competitive experience. This progressive, tailored development process highlights the horse's athletic aptitude and performance potential.
Our approach brings carefully prepared horses together with riders, dealers and investors seeking reliable, competitive sport horses. Each horse is presented in detail, including its pedigree, conformation, competition record and athletic ability, to ensure the best possible match between its potential and the buyer’s objectives.
